Hi Clay, that thing was huge! I'm guessing around two inches in length. I've seen a few even a bit bigger. Not too many things creep me out, but when one of these buzzes you and it's eyeing you for some blood I get a bit nervous. I could actually here the wings moving on one of these as it flew by me today, it was that loud. Take care, Mike.

That thing looks huge Mike. How big was it? Excellent wing detail BTW. I remember taking a picture of a moth that had a wingspan of about 4 inches once and this thing looks like it could be that big.
