Your're very welcome Jose. I've heard both positive things and negative on the Quattro as is pertains to the Merrill's. You'll always have someone saying the other version is better or worse. If you can snag a Merrill really cheap go for it, you won't be unhappy. You can always resell it and easily get your money back if it isn't for you. I tried the 28mm version and did not like it at all. I love the 75 mm version though, it's a keeper! Keep me posted, Mike.

Thank's Mike for detailed answer.
I'm playing around thinking to buy a lighter camera, but is difficult to decide. I'm pleased with Sigma lens so I thought about one of there cameras but when thought I got it they bring something else like the new Quattro.
Will wait for a while.
Nice you took the time for advise.
Best regards.

Hi Jose, first of all thanks for the comment. I always appreciate the fact that you even look at my photos, let alone give me such kind words. As for the Merrill the colors are absolutely amazing right out of the camera. They are extremely sharp out of the camera too. I added light sharpening on this photo, I am only using the Sigma software now because my Adobe Elements crashed. One thing you unfortunately have to do is turn your TIFF files into JPEG's to post on these sites (defeats the purpose). The TIFF files are so much nicer than the JPEG files. Luckily you can send TIFF's off to a printer so you could retain all that detail and color.

Nice flowers also through your work Mike.
Like the image structure and of corse color.
Best regards.
Have a question Mike. Do you notice the 46 millions pixels from your Sigma? We see here your interpretation, is the original really so sharp and colours so vivid, as described in there panflets?
