About La caciara e' molto simile ai nuraghi sardi. Serviva a fare il cacio pecorino nei pascoli alti marchigiani. Oggi, naturalmente, e' inutilizzata perche' la produzione e' tutta a livello industriale, ma alcune caciare rimangono a testimoniare la dura vita dei pastori....
