It's been a while since I have posted here but I thought you might like to see the last shot's brother.
This was the very scene I had envisaged for around mid summer at the extreme northern tip of Scotland. I had very carefully worked out the optimum position and just needed the morning to cooperate which happily it did on the second full day of our stay at Caithness. I am happy to say that there were a very happy bunch of folk that particular morning and the only problem was to choose one out of a very fine collection of images featuring thes razor thin sharks teeth stacks. This is my personal favourite it manages to capture both the ethereal nature of the light sea mist and the marvellous interplay of warm and cool colours timed to perfection with the sun peeping from behind pinkening clouds. A recent favourite of mine.
And now a fav. of mine as well. Your "about" adds so much to this shot and now that I realize how much planning and shall we say "luck" came into play here, I appreciate it so much more. Your efforts sure paid off. Fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing this beautifully created image! 7/7
