Nikon gives really fantastic colors and I love that !!!
Excellent DOF, position of your model in the frame...she has so beautiful skin tones, eyes and red hair ... but she seems a bit surprised here ... or, not totally relaxed ... and you know I would crop this one from the top and maybe I would avoid this bg and give some more space down on the capture ... but this is an excellent portrait my dear Nandaji and the 2 of us are different in seeing and capturing our models and that's great !!!

Ah, she is a red-head :) She is truly very lovely. I like seeing her in colour Nanda, but the background detracts a litte from her...this is one of those situations where I think a mono conversion would benefit, and also maybe a tiny crop on the top - a suggestion.

Like the eyes, hair highlights, colors and framing. This is a very nice candid, outside photo with natural light. If - I was to get very picky; the background may be somewhat busy and subject may be a little too bright. For example the hair on top of the hair appears so light as to be washed out - almost white. I would maybe try to clone the background out towards both sides just to see which I like better. On the otherhand if you like as is then then me too as phtography can be very subjective. Enjoy the day.
