Thanks for comment. Flare is caused by use of a Photoshop filter which gives the impression that the photo is embedded in liquid wax. I thought that the textures created by the filter were interesting and gave an interesting 3D effect to the flower.

PS, I notice a little flare at the edges of the flowers, sometimes this can be caused by over-sharpening.
