About Around 1500m (3500feet) - The Ironbounds divide the East and West portions of the "South Coast Track", in Southwest Tasmania. This walking track was originally provided as emergency access for stranded and shipwrecked sailors in Tasmania's rugged South West Wilderness. Now part of a World Heritage Area.
