About	When our famous local temple has a special event, stall holders flock to the grounds. They are mostly young people trying to turn a creative flare into income, which is tough in Japan's current financial situation, with high unemployment and poor job security. But some of the products, like those on this stall, are really hard to imagine uses for. Crochet'd egg cosy, anyone? Or perhaps a plaid skirt (kilt?) for your dog?

Thanks, Nanda. You really like these "stall" shots? I have certainly taken a lot of them over the years, many (in earlier years) with fisheye lenses. I tend to keep fisheyes for panoramas, these days, as the wide field of view reduces the number of shots you need to stitch. When I use them for non-panorama subjects, people get upset by the curved "straight" lines...
