Thanks Marylin - I'm assuming if you've gone from here to Houston you or yours are involved in "the patch"... Tho' not born in Calgary I've spent most of my life here. Where in Calgary did you live? We may have crossed paths along the river in the past! Best wishes - You have a fantastic collection! I'll try to send some more Canadian memories your way! All the best! Kerry

Excellent wildlife Kerry. And thanks for bringing a bit of Canada here. I used to live in Calgary for a while, by the river and I have very nice memories of that place. I drove once to Okotoks. I remember the very strange change in the altitude of that road - like up-down-up-down. Please bring a bit more of Canadian Fall and those wonderful colors to UF, when you have a chance and your wife agres. :)
Regards,

Thanks Dave - Mom was sitting on eggs as early as the first week of March, so not sure if she lost an egg or more during some late cold weather we had in the spring. Thanks again, KS

Thanks Riny - We are lucky... Over a four mile stretch I counted 7 nests, all occupied, but this one is the easiest to "get to" and mom is fairly tolerant. that and the fact that we have a family that uses the course behind us every year to raise a brood and offer some photo opportunities. thanks again! Kerry
