I have Microsoft PictureIt 2000, which was inexpensive and is very easy to use. I know it thoroughly, and have even created some of my own special effects with it. This is a selective layering of some filter effects...yes.:)

second time Iv been drawn to this one, its so different in composition aspects, everything leading your eyes to the center like that, really have to study it for a second to figure out the flowers original orientation, and after seeing that, applauding the unusual angle you chose, and it WORKS!!! kick myself for not being able to see like this..
