Do you see how the edges of your selected area bleed into the picture? There is a wonderful plug-in from AlienSkin, Bokeh, which allows you to de-focus the background without that problem, and it emulates some VERY expensive lenses. You should download the trial version to see what I'm talking about, Nanda: http://www.alienskin.com/bokeh/index.aspx
