Dear Kevin , What I meant was, making the hands 'blurry' at the time of shooting.. not at the post production phase. Enhancing an image's mood in photoshop is ok .. but achieving the same effect at the time of shooting is more fun and far more satisfying. This is however, entirely my personal view.
Actually you could achieve this by reducing the shutter speed and increasing f-stop to compensate the same amount of exposure. Hope , I am able to convey what I really wanted to say.
Thanks for your reply. And I do appreciate your spirit for your attempt to accept new ideas.
Be in touch. Stay well and accept my warm regards.
Thank you so Srna. These pics were all taken one day in Edinburgh. The Meadows are in the heart of Edinburgh and a wonderful place to go when the sun is shining, or just when you want to get away from city life. Theres always all kinds of things going on here, so its just fabulous for photographing. Warm regards, Kev.
Hello Arup, thank you for taking the time to comment and for your thoughts on how to improve it - tips are always welcome. I think you are right about blurring the hands, but my Photoshop skills are pretty basic,so have no idea how to change it. I can do "blurry", but thats more to do with my camera being out of focus:) Best wishes, Kev.
Nice shot Kevin.. keep it up. Since the person doing the balancing act was moving when to took the snap .. what about showing a little blur on the hands !! In that way the composition would also include motion.
