Thanks so much Maureen for your comments, I was photographing the water droplets on the birds feathers here, but the reduction has lost most of this, yes they do have amazing coloured eyes

An excellent capture my dear Dan with superb details and rich tones to the beak and beady eye. Love the little foot dangling just below the surface as well.
