Dear Saad, your words and the truth hurt my heart to fathom the cruelty your people have suffered. I have followed news from other countries as to the true statistic of the death brought down upon the people of your country. I feel an outrage in my inner being at the suffering your country has endured in the name of liberation. If 1.3 million deaths is liberation I hate to think what the real answer will be. I mourn every lose of life endured by your countrymen, it is a wrong that will never be right. Sadem was tame compared to this. I can only pray for the end of the occupation and the rebirth of your country, and that seems like such hollow words from an outsider. May your lord bless and keep you my friend!! Thanks for such an honest report of your situation. I will never cease to pray for a real end to this travesty to your country. May God have mercy on us all.

I am a general surgery specialist,(gastrointestinal,urology,breast and thyroid)this is what the general specify,
and yes I am still on service,
does the military helps ? yes ,they brought the corpse to the postmortem theater,
my dear Stan it seems that you haven't aware of the true situation yet,
by law they are responsible for feeding ,health cares,and our security,
since the first day of occupation,they have concentrating all their effort on protecting themselves,and so very barely,that is why they left the Iraqis to their destines ,and that is why more than one million of us have been killed since the beginning of their liberation as they call it,today we have lost 28 person.

I regret the price your country has paid for an ignorant leadership that followed their agenda and created their own hidden agenda at your countries expense. Well if I ever need one I am sure I would be in good care if you were my doctor. What type of surgery do you perform? At 62 years of age I have still only had a few surgeries. I am trying to stay as healthy as I can. Good food and exercise.
Are you practicing in Mosul? Does the military help provide any medical assistance for your hospital with supplies and meds? I respect your skills and love for mankind.
