What I find so magnificent here is not the color palette or the great details for themselves alone, but in combination with the many different light qualities. The light seems to be so crystal clear in some areas and so "fuzzy" on others. You took advangtage of the different atmosphere conditions very very well, and so the combination of haze and clarity works very nicely. It adds tension and interest.
Your exposure balance was just about perfect for turning the pear to a black silhouette in front of the background. The chosen perspective and composition goes hand in hand with that too. Only the half pole at the very left.. I don't know if it does something there. Crop it off?
Anyway, a very carefully composed and shot image.
