This is a beautiful wildlife portrait my dear Susie and the tones are gloriously rich and dynamic. The details are just awesome and I love the catchlight in the eye, I forgot to mention the catchlight in your little robin's eye, simply wonderful. I had absolutely no luck with our local swans last year. They had seven young and I totally failed to strike a balance in the colour of the cygnets' down and the white of the parents. Better luck this year....maybe. It is always such a pleasure to view your work, another big HUG and cheers to you.......Ray

Many thanks ~ I didn't use any filter here but did shut down the aperture as much as possible to try to keep detail in the reeds as she wouldn't come right out of them.. cheers for commenting, Susie
