Thanks again Harry!

I now understand what you mean. I see your point. I have shot this in many different ways. I'm sure I have a frame or two out there taken with my Nikkor 14-24 f2.8. I may post one later... This was an 8 hour shoot... Lot's of images... But as this was a paid assignment, I'm limited to what I can upload, but I'll see what I can do...
Thanks again Harry :-)

Thank you for your reply, Petro, I considered you very classy person something rare in here because most of the photographers are so much in pride and blindness to the fact that it’s ridiculous most never reply and that says a lot!

Petro I mend the emphasis on the left part of the rock wasn't to necessary thought can be cropped it because the out of focus makes it more visible, but the rest is in focus the model its balanced perfectly like the textures and lighting very much! If I had to shoot with my 16-35 in this case I will had it (Center weight with the option all focus or single point play from 18mmm to a max 20mm this way from my experience usually limited the elements of the out of focus. Wide angles is a great challenge in photography and always makes me appreciate also sharing honest opinions!
Cheers,
Harry

Hey Harry :-)
Thanks for taking the time. I always appreciate honest feedback!
I'm looking at a 12mb file at 100%, and focus is on the models eye - right where I want i to be. If by "boulder" you mean shoulder, then I can assure you that focus is on the model. The rock is partly in focus due to the f16...
I looked through your folio and you have some really interesting stuff :-) Thanks again for the feedback!!!

I know I might sound to critical I wish if I was like any one else giving out a praise and get over:) but I think you need to know other opinion since you put so match work and of course great effort of what you done! Personally think the left part of the boulder it's out of focus makes me see you intentions was more to the rock, also the lower part cut off to quickly. But @ the end I do like the model skin textures and lighting!!!
Cheers,
Harry
