About	Nomads are known as a group of communities who use to travel place to place for livelihood. Their population is not estimated in India but it is suppose that they are 7% of total population of India. There are several nomadic communities found in all over India. Nomadic communities can be divided in to two groups as pastoral and non-pastoral. Non-pastoral nomads are the most neglected and discriminated social group in India. They have lost their livelihood niche because of drastic changes in transport, industries, production, entertainment and distribution systems. Though very poor and deprived they are still not facilitated with any constitutional safeguard and concern. Stats show that governments are applying development policies which are basically invented for scheduled tribes or scheduled casts. These development polices are not working because of the cultural and other differences of nomadic communities. It is proved by the present social condition of these communities. Government of India has setup a commission for the development of these communities in early 2006 and there is now some ray of hope for these people.Nomads are people that move from one country to another in search of food.

A very strong, very expressive portrait, Bubai, which definitely kept all the necessary plasticity of the face, and on the top of that also at such a timing! The great lighting did small wonders here. It gave each group fo details its own charm, in such a way that everything is perfectly fitting. Even the background looks as real and also as unreal as the expression of the child does.

Great shot Bubai, I love the use of greyscale here as I feel that the colour version would have had a lot of distracting colours. The greyscales have created a fantastic focus on the child, I love the childs expression.

Thanks Aungs.hita for showing this little man. Again I see the 3rd eye chackra. Well done and I must admit my interest for India is very high. I look at documentaries, mainly about wildlife as tigers and yesterday king cobra and the preservation to protect these sacred animals.
