About I've been shooting broccoli for Coles for the past 3 months! They are launching a new range of veggie's called Vital Vegetables in Feb and broccoli is the first of many they need images for instore displays, food mag's and their website. I've been in the field, in the processing plant and as you can see in the kitchen. This was my first experience working with a food stylist - and let me tell you, she made it SO easy! This is a Broccoli & Salmon Filo Tart.
