A perfect time for web hunting. You found a nice one. Good details with nice dof. The lighting and exposure are well controled here. Good subtle colors......

Subhanjan, thank you for your comment. Two things I want to mention. (1) cob web is one of the netures wonders, that can support huge amount of weight compared to its thickness. (2) This web is not really big; maybe 4 inches (10 mm) wide. It is a macro shot.

Now that is one of my favourite pictures. I do not know why I do not get to see cob webs here. I mean, there has to be a cobweb big and strong enough to handle the weight of water droplets. But I like the compromise too. Thank God I do not have to see big sized spiders.

Thank you for your advice on 'Trapped' and 'Red Rose'. I used a torch as the source of light and a white envelop as a reflector for taking the picture of the rose. Complimenting that there is a small low quality compact camera. So I had a lot of trouble to cast proper light on the rose and take clear and sharp pictures. But someday I wish to be good enough to have a personal studio with a real good DSLR. Now I do not even have a camera of my own. But let's hope for the best.
