This is a lovely B&W, with the poeple just outlined, emphasizing the wasteland.
Thank you for your comment. As to the child, you need not worry. First, it was a street photo, no-one I know. Also it was, indeed summer, & most important, the "rain" was actually a photo effect, not real. Please don't tell anyone.
