About	The cliffs of the Humboldt Bay North Jetty causes a strong up-draft when ever there is an on land breeze. Parachutes can be "flown" by manipulating the hand lines to the canopy. The pilot, setting in a shell seat, can control the height and direction of the flight. The flight can continue as long as there is light, wind,and the pilot stays warm...or the seat of the pants get numb.
