Hola Oscar!, me alegra leerte y tu comentario. Te cuento que tal vez es algo pretencioso hablar de técnica, pero bueno la cosa se me ocurrió trabajando fotos a ISO 1600 con mucho ruido digital y me puse a corregir el ruido borroneándolo con la herramienta "dedo" del Photoshop, me gusto el resultado y me pregunté como quedaría sobre toda la foto...bueno, ya conoces algunos resultados. Sí, trabajo sobre varias capas para logran un buen balance de contrastes y suelo fusionar alguna textura para darle las detalles..., En fin, no me gusta reiterarme y siempre me encanta explorar cosas nuevas...:-)

Well, and here the show certainly goes on in many aspects of representation, Gustavo. It is much like the typical portrait of the performer in front of the mirror but it does have its own touch. The lower half is technically much much better in the sense of coarse oil painting with a bigger brush The upper half... the characteristic viscous flow of the "oil" is less well done there.

Sí, la foto original es muy buena, aunque tiene detalles que no me gustan, el pié por ejemplo, y mucho ruido digital por la poca luz y los ISO 1600, además estoy empeñado en probar este "toque pictórico"...:-), ahora mismo me la estoy agarrando con un retrato de Julia!. La primera prueba la borré, no me quedó bien, ahora pruebo por segunda vez...sé lo que quiero, pero aún me cuesta lograrlo...
:-)

Me fascina la manera cómo has cambiando el espíritu de tu imagen original a una nueva esencia pictorialista. Es muy generoso de tu parte el presentar las imágenes en las que se basa; en verdad, no es necesario porque "The show must go on" se sostiene por sí misma.

Gracias querido amigo, mirá, te cuento:, no estoy muy seguro aún con esto último que estoy haciendo. Por un lado me he autoimpuesto un nivel de calidad u originalidad muy alto (no sé, no le veo que se haga un aporte a nadie fotografiando la millonésima flor o el mil millonésimo atardecer), y de estas fotos tengo cientos en mi PC. Muy poco o casi nada de lo que fotografío me conforma, estoy tratando siempre de llegar mas lejos y por eso estoy extremando tanto las cosas, pero bueno, no siempre estoy seguro que sea el camino correcto...
En fin, nada, un poco de catarsis en esta mañana!, un gran abrazo!

Gracias Tony, me alegra mucho que te guste y aprecio tus palabras. Usé la Herramienta Dedo (Smudge), pero también se puede con "liquify", incluso con mas variantes. De todas formas el dedo fué suficiente para lo que quería lograr y con lo que estoy experimentando.
