thanks amna. the noise i deliberately added later to add to the mood. sharpness is an issue here as it was shot in night handheld with shutter spd 1/10s. the main subject, the man, is already on foregorund.

I like the composition in this photo, however, there are some quality issues such as the noise and lack of sharpness. I think the main element is the man in this photo you should bring him out of the background .
