I meant that as the... difference between you two, of which you spoke, Avi, you old guy! ;-)
Thanks a lot for the URl of the image from her wedding. Quite an authentic one too for its somewhat "ceremony-like" atmosphere. But she seems to be still the rather serious one, or am I mistaken? (And excuse me please if I get too close, Avi.)

It is special also for somebody that wasn't there at that time, Avi! It has something very "close" but not in a conquering way. I guess that those black sparkling eyes do that in the best and strongest sense of the word "sincerity". It's just two kids smiling and the spontaneity rules. Not a single trace of that kind of Gustavo's attitude to present his daughter as some kind of Barbie-puppet.

Hi Avi,
A very charming "retro" double portrait.
One of the great things about all our digital scanners, cameras and imaging software, is that we can breathe new life into many of our old family treasures. I have had a lot of pleasure out of taking some old images, negatives and slides and reworking and restoring them. It's like seeing them again for the first time.

You know, this particular picture is very special because of two reasons: one, my sister rarely smiled those days (on this occassion it was her birthday, I think) and two we look a lot different now ! :)

It definitely has ot all, Avi! One of those timeless captures that both do an excellent job and also allow some replays of the oast in out minds! I am especially amazed to see that shining in their eyes on such faces with their full plasticity! Add the toning and here you go. Simply timeless, even with some small overexposure on the girl^s dress.
