Thanks Gary. It was a double edge sword with those clouds. Nice to have them instead of the normal blank sky but... come sundown.... there was none because they had turned into a massive thunderstorm.

You've managed to bring to the fore the two factors which I think make this landscape stand out - the ominous clouds and the gritty textures of the earth and tree. A powerful image of a powerful land.
