Paul. Although this is a nice portrait and the lighting is good, the hair detail is excellent. IMHO the make-up of the eye's spoils the image, especially under the eye's, it is far too heavy.
Whether the young lady has applied this to herself or done by a make-up artist, IMO it is over done.
I'm no expert by any means and make-up is necessary to enhance the beauty of the female but I prefer a more natural look. :-)
