I would hardly descibe your work as snaps ... your work is consistently good.. same to you and yeah same here.. although we have owned our house for quite a few years now and have no debts we have substantially less money to play with these days.. when I retired last year I was worth almost 2mill.. now... bugger me.. as they say kekeke Keep up the great work Cheers from the west side of the ditch

Hi Rog,

Compliments of the season. At long last I have moved into my new abode. Now have plenty of wall space to hang some of my snaps. Modern insulation & double glazing make for a more comfortable living space. Cost over-runs on the build and the loss of investments in the financial meltdown mean a bit of belt tightening but at least I will starve in comfort now.

It is the very reduced color palette and the uniform softness that makes this one very special for me, Ian! Reminds me of japanese drawings but is also has something very different from them, I guess because of the dark hues. The simplicity is striking here.

Cheers!

Interesting, mysterious but dramatic effect.. You have a very individualistic style, immediately recognisable.

Best, Len
