I had a look on Dpreview yesterday and in the users section everyone seemed very happy with the camera except for one but he was probably a troll from another forum!

I'm surprised by the low score in Digital Photo. I've tried to read every review I could find and the vast majority give the camera high marks for image quality. It uses the same sensor as the Nikon D70. I was originally looking at the K20 but the price put me off. If the K200 doesn't cut the mustard, I can always upgrade.

This was being filmed for the band's video clip so he was really putting a lot of energy and dramatic poses into this playback performance.Conditions in the old cement factory were extreme, well over thirty degrees and an intense rain of accumulated cement dust,especially when filming the drummer!Quite a test for the K10 dust sealing!!So far,so good.As for the K200 I just read a review in Digital Photo in which,compared to the Sony a200,Samsung Gx,OlympusE420 and others in this class,it didn't do well and was given 2 stars out of 5 for image quality.Not very encouraging but maybe they tested a dud model and other reviews have been more promising.Check out DPreview,I get all my info there.

It's got a rock feel to it, especially with the background. I'm sure this guy likes his posture you've managed to capture, definitely guitar hero mode. The motion blur confined to the guitar is a real nice touch.

By the way, I've just ordered myself a K200, a grip and a couple of lenses, so we'll both be shooting Pentax now, though I'm keeping a film kit for old times sake. I hope I can get a similar quality of image as you do with your K10.
