About A morning bus ride through an impressive mountain range from Maracay to Choroni crossing National Park Henri Pittiers. That's why project "Henri".
That day I also took the last bus back from Choroni to Maracay with dazzling speed through the dark over a dangerous mountain road. But the most dangerous was probably arriving at Bus Station Lavandera in Caracas at midnight as being kidnapped or worse was more likely to happen than finding a descend taxi back to my hotel.

Hi Wolf, next time you ask your Yemen driver to chew his quat at the other side of the mouth, such that you can stay in your seat.

Hi dear Michele, it was still a very joyful experience with what I call "calculated" low risk. Some professional photographers go to war areas to make their shots to inform us and take high risk to be shot themselves. Great admiration for them.

About the eyes in the drivers mirror, these were rare visualisations of what is hard to catch in reality: angel eyes. I guess it were yours ?
big hugs, Paul

Thank you for your admiration of my hero site dear Teresa. The other site however still in bad condition like the roads :-)
If you would like to do the same as you propose, why not taking the same blue bus ? It might also be a green van if you like, but then I join you immediately as assured of being with an angel,
ciao, Paul

Thank you Harry,
The angels were with me during travel and they smiled to me telling that I had nothing to fear that day. (said Paul easily...afterwards :-)
