About It needs no Further explanation for anyone, but for a Pakistani who knows the economic condition, the living would be the blurry object who earns its living by selling these sea shells...
The Living is a portrait of those who are suffering from the food inflation around the world....

A real nice one for the great shapes and details in the front, and the very special relation to the out of focus background with a vague but still recognizable human being in such an extreme visual size comparison! The general color consistency of the scene that suddenly gets broken by the human being adds much tension. I think I would rather try to include the man in the DoF, but your idea is strong in a very different way.

The composition is just about perfect - nothing too much and nothing too little.

Perhaps only the very front shell at the bottom right corner needed a bit more focus for complying to the overall design.

Cheers!

Nick

Beautiful natural shot. I Like the focus on the shells as they are such clearly exposed. The figure at the background that could all be ... ourself. Like we enjoy to be on such a fantastic spacious beach.
Good use of DOF. Well done, Paul
