Wow, Tim you have done it time and time again with these landscapes, you are so close to converting me to Nikon :-).
Wow, wow, wow. I love the lighting and highlights from the sun shining on the ground and mountains, relfections are amazing. And your composition is superb

Hi Dennis,
This is a common type of landscape here in Canada for the moment, although this image was taken at the perfect time of the day to bring out the best of what was there. And yes it stands out as some of the natural beauty of our planet that at some point in the near future will likely change for the worst....A floating Mc Donalds on the shore??? pop cans floating near the surface? or just damn it up and have a huge power station sucking the energy from the dynamic hydraulic flow down stream.....ahhh yes we humans have the creative capacity to "improve" the landscape to our short term benefit. I am a cynic no doubt.... although I can rejoice in what we still have...
