No, the bad part is mainly going downhill all the time. The muscles for this are harly used in our daily life in holland. To prepare one has t walk a 500 viaducts up and down.

hahaha... believe it or not, I never have been there, at Samaria and the couse is that...we need about 6 hours to pass it... hope there was other days with better and... most of all, easier things here, after all, we go to a trip to get some rest...

thanks very much my friend, glad that you like it... I was lucky there because the water cames out on the sand... after a wild storm the beach has really interesting shape... and it was so clean... without any footprint or other marks...
...and yes, a new storm cames...

some tiny rocks poped up from the water... the water cames out of the sea because of the storm that was before so tiny 'lakes' being on the sund...

We have our tides going up and down, also with layers, but miss the mountains in sea, nothing there as grey water! This looks fantastic, the contrastic colours, the first waterpool looks the same as the sky, you have very shap eyes, wonderful photo!! xxJen
