No, the bad part is mainly going downhill all the time. The muscles for this are harly used in our daily life in holland. To prepare one has t walk a 500 viaducts up and down.

thanks very much my friend, glad that you like it... I was lucky there because the water cames out on the sand... after a wild storm the beach has really interesting shape... and it was so clean... without any footprint or other marks... ...and yes, a new storm cames...

We have our tides going up and down, also with layers, but miss the mountains in sea, nothing there as grey water! This looks fantastic, the contrastic colours, the first waterpool looks the same as the sky, you have very shap eyes, wonderful photo!! xxJen
