About	Everyone always says...when you die and go to heaven, who do you want to meet first (well... after god I guess!) I gotta tell you I'm first in line to meet John Wesley Powell and have him recall his many adventures on the Grand Canyon and his namesake "Lake Powell"...My ALL TIME FAVORITE PLACE to dream of retiring to. A little houseboat...a little secret cove...and I'd already BE in heaven!

Stan,
Thanks for the nice comment. I've been going to Lake Powell for over 35 years now. I've always said it was one of the most beautiful, magical places on earth. Got a chance to do one of the cruises last week that went back into antelope canyon. Some incredible rock patterns back there in the slots. Do a "google earth" sometime on Lake Powell. Pretty incredible how close you can zoom in and see all the secret coves and canyons.
Lets wish "together" for that houseboat so we can retire on this beautiful lake in style!

Laurie, I am with you on the houseboat and all of the lakes treasures. Love the shot, words can not describe the feelings in the beauty of this magical lake. One incredible area. I love the earthtones and quiet!! Thanks for sharing, Stan :) :)
