Sure, I could go into how I would like to see it cropped, but overall, it's your choice, and the image is not screaming at me: "Give me surgery immediately!!!" LOL!

I believe the lighting on her face is far too bright in this. The presence of her stomach detracts from this image. I agree with Roger about cutting off hands and fingers. More smoke is needed in the top left.

umm she has lost and hand and foot.. either cut her off in the clothing or include them in the shot which would be preferable IMHO.. you wont lose that much of the facial impact by so doing
