good effect, throw a layer of the original before the effect on top and then cast it at say 20% might make the effect less noticable and the result even more eerie since the effect won't be the first thing we see...

To James Pratt : My "English night" concept means : Night images from my city, where I live, and where one english lecturer learned me night photography during one photoworkshop. Lecturer Ian Wiblin with his culture, origin, education, .... backround. Concept about moments of separateness, about humans blips in urban space, about human messages in cities, about night vision of not seeing, about touches of nature with city.

i understand that you like "rubbish photos", as you say, but Peter as a conceptual work that doesn't fit in those classifications of "nice or ugly doors".
like a lot your work Peter, i don't like these kind of critics, from someone who, apparently, didn't made an effort to at least look at it!!
