I agree with Tony's suggestion, it gives the image more oomph. It's so well exposed though, there's a grand range of tones here.

Wow,Rain!! Still haven't had any here yet despite a dismal sky and unpleasant wind. I like the refflections but would have cropped down to just above the shopping bags to give them a greater protagonism.
