About Every morning and evening, thousands of people travel on the Mumbai’s suburban trains, famously known as LOCAL TRAINS, for almost 1-2 hours between their home and workplace. The travel conditions are at times worse than what the picture shows. This has been there for more than 30 years as far as my memory goes. Thus traveled my father in the 80s decade to bring up our family.

Thank you very much Rajesh, for your comment.
Yes..They were all looking to the camera initially as I started to shoot, but later as the crowds grew more and more, they were all bored of me.
Also this one I shot just during the evening journey back home, so they were all half dead with the day long slogging and were waiting to reach home more than anything else.

good candid abhi. if i had taken it, probably all of them would be looking towards the camera seeing such e big one.don't know how did you manage it to shot without the attention of so many people.

superb journalistic shot Abhi. i know the inhuman condition under which people have to move in those trains, i have a personal experience of that. and yes, here you have been able to raise your hands to take this shot but there are situations where there the rush is so much that even moving one of your hands is out of the question.
