Hi Ananda,
Thanks for the comment. I agree with the over exposure. The shot was taken at around 11:00 the morning in very harsh light, and it shows on the white fur around the neck.
Cheers, Stef

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the critical comment, its the reason why I have joined UF. To answer a few of your questions: This was taken at about 11:00 in the morning with a film camera(fuji reala) it does not have the option to select a white balance.I do have a UV filter on the camera, and Ive heard that they can reduce the blues in a shot. As for the vantage point, I totally agree with you, however, it was not possible for me to come in at a lower angleon this particular one as there was a wall between us. Thanks again for your great comment.
Cheers, Stef

This is cute. The little one does seem to notice us or you thats for sure. I do think that there seems to be a color cast, I am guessing from an incorrect white balance that might have been selected, I guess it could have been late day. I do notice how we are looking down at the subject as well and that makes the subject feel smaller to my senses. I am thinking a lower vantage point, one a little more eye to eye would enhance the feeling of being there, respect, and then the question of can I help you might flow a little easier.
