Well I guess Im going to have to get a little guy of my own to take shooting with me :) I see Gail and Rina are taking them everywhere as are you, they make for a whole variety of scenes, very nice series as Gene goes through his adventures...

OH I did Rina... We went all over... Yarrawonga/Mulwala is not very big but lots of tourists like me... The lake has lots of dead trees in it... Two bridges, one at the weir and another crookedy one about four blocks over... and yes... I've been really good... I tell Onie what to write for me... pssst!!! She needs glasses... but maybe she's had one too many glasses and that's why she can't see... ;)))

I thought maybe it was the eucalyptus fumes making him unstable LOL... BUT NO... must be GENEtics... and took full advantage of his honey *sticky spots* to help him adhere to OZ...
~~GRIN~~ He did say something about being a little *weirded out* by these wooden thingy's you and Nancy were using... I put my hands over my ears... thought, if it's *personal stuff* ;) I really shouldn't know about it...
It was great fun Jan... Totally needed better weather, Colin with no cold, but alas, not to be... Bek has had a ball also... This, time with Gene, really is creating so much enjoyement among his hosts and followers... Who'd have thought this wee stuffed felt bear would come to life in a multitude of imaginations and hearts...:)))

~~GRIN~~ Doyle... Still a few shots of Gene here... Just trying to keep him still was the thing... He would get so excited LOL... Jumping up and down, giggling and wriggling... Up-side down in amongst gum leaves, on the Murray River bank (where he nearly fell in)... Group shot of his new found *Mates*... andn a real bear hug from one of his midnight raid cohorts...:))) Will send them to you for his room if you like... :)))
~~GRIN~~... Be warned, don't think these *raids* are a new thing either Doyle... Gene seemed unfazed really about being sprung...

Hi Nicki :))) I am having fun... and Jumping Pooh Bears it's been cold... Frost and fog, wind and rain... I didn't know it was winter here... but Onie made me warm honey sandwiches, honey snaps and milk & honey for tea...

LOL Bek... After 26 yrs of hearing water flow, be it releases or floods, it is strange I grant you that... The ground shaking if the power turbines seized at Yarra'... The roar of water at Buffalo as it hit the Buffalo River... The rush at Goulburn Weir, and who could forget the continuous house shaking vibrations at Laannecoorie as flood waters raced around the by-wash... plus all that *washing machine* forth high in the trees...:)))
~~GRIN~~... I found a few sticky paw prints on the back loo wall yesterday, and then, a couple on a dining table leg today... We are already missing the giggles as Gene told another story about fun at Jessies and Jans... and at bed-time and having to tell them all to be quiet and go to sleep...:)))

Onie -- Your Gene series is so enjoyable to view. What a hoot!
Top notch.....
His town and tree visit showing him "environs" is great and no doubt these twin towns will never be the same.
Thanks so much for making Gene come to life "down under".
Nancy and I noted Gene's slight instability when sitting and used a wooden clothes pin to help stabilize him from time to time. You have done excellent work for putting Gene in his proper place.

Oh I just KNOW Gene loved every moment . . . he's such a sight-seer type!!! I'm so happy he was able to go out on the town and actually climb a Gum tree. These are the memories that he won't forget I'm sure . . . well . . . that and possibly getting the lights thrust on during the raid . . . doubt that'll be forgotten anytime soon either! :P Maybe he'll stop those raids and has learned his lesson!

As I was on my trip through Victoria I was at Yarrawonga too! Nice place to have a visite!!Beautiful memories came back now:)

Hey, I know this place!! It's funny Onie, when we came and stayed at the new house the other weekend I missed the sound of the water running thru' the weir gates! Looks like Gene had tonnes of fun.
