About Still dropping fruit into water...

This one was processed quickly between planes at Milan airport. It's a little unusual in that the lemon did not twist through 180 degrees as it normally does. Couldn't decide whether to clone out the little bits at the bottom of the lemon - they are not usually visible since normally this part of the lemon is covered in bubbles...

i would probably have tried to clone the bits out at the bottom, but if its not done perfectly, then it can look worse than if they hadnt been cloned out in the first place. the frame is nice too. nicely done nonetheless.

warmest regards ~ james

Just excellent... and I wouldn't worry about cropping out the bottom of the lemon, it makes it look like it is dripping lemon juice... I'm going to have to look at the rest of these fruit drops.

Best to you,
Dave

I wouldn't bother with cloning out the bits, looks ok to me. Tells a story! Love these kinds of shots, and one day I'd hope to be able to have a go at them too!

Doyle: how did I work the lighting? Hm, can't think of a smart answer so I'll just have to admit the truth: it's sunshine...

Ah, the old lemon in the water trick. No-one does them quite as good as you, A.J. I like the funnell of water above the lemon, and the lemon bits are okay as they are.;)
