About	A contrast of colours that are unusual. The green on the rock from seaweed. The Yellow "stumps" are Bull Kelp. The Kelp attaches to the rocks and these have been broken of - usually because of wave action. Early light - about 30 minutes after Sunrise on the East Coast of Tasmania
