It's a good B&W, I like the perspective and the fusion between lines and cuves, particular and original shot, very well done

Ingrid,
Hehe Madame Monet doing something diferent 'eh? Hey I like it! great tones and contrast. I'm a sucker for b&w. I love lhe lines and how the fall into the horizon. Everything seems plumb to the world, and the perspective is great. Chaulk up another one for Ingrid, ah I mean Madame Monet!
Later my friend,
Russ

Very well seen. The repeating patterns make the image interesting. I think your composition might have been a little more powerful had you gone ahead and cropped into the fence on the left, creating a border-to-border diagonal. Good work.

I like the repeating forms - very graceful yet solid! A little bit overexposed at the top of the fence, but otherwise nice tones. Nicely seen!

This is interesting if only for the fact that you were looking at a mansion and chose not to take the typical tourist shot of the front, trying to get the whole thing in the frame. You zero'd in on this architectural element that spoke to you of design, curves, lines, values. perspective... When you start taking photos like this I think you are due the title of artist. For most of use it's a long journey to this point, but isn't the ride fun? Nice job.
