About Now I know this isn't super special, but, this is the first chance I've had at a larger spider... ~~GRIN~~... Today, while potting plants ready for our move, I was separating a stack of large tubs and here is what I found LOL... Thought *please stay there while I grab the camera... and the nice spider obliged me... Macro, levels, unsharp mask, sharpen edges and cloned a couple of corners as had to crop and rotate...

We won't have a huge problem with spiders in Spain, but beetles are another matter....they can be enormous!

Sorry for the poor responses lately, I will catch up soon I hope. :))

~~GRIN~~ Robin... Winter will have this one snuggled away somewhere... just waiting for the new people to move in ;)))

Now we have something in the roof, guessing a bush rat by the sounds of gnawing and crashing going on... How it got in there I have no idea... No visible entrances anywhere, and this is a brick house on a slab so has me guessing...:)))

Out of here soon, tiles & floor coverings this week... :)

Thanks heaps Robin, huge HUGS every day...:)))

Hubbies of the world unite!!!! We are tired of grabbing the sledgehammer and killing these creatures. When we pass on to our reward we are going to have a lot of explaining to do!
Beautiful color and detail for this very fine macro.

~~GRIN~~ Annemette... No, I kept that finger safe...

The spider moved so very quickly, just trying to keep an eye open so that I didn't squash it was a task LOL... I dare say if it bit you you may feel ill, but more from the fact that it was a spider... We have quite a few nasty ones, but, very few deaths... I don't like garden sprays, so usually stay aware when working like today...:)))

Glad you enjoyed this Annemette, thank you kindly always...:)))

You also enjoy a beautiful weekend Annemette...:)))

Warm Hugs also...:)

~~GRIN~~ Txules... No victims here, have a lot of respect and love most spiders...:)))

Sadly, I had to tip this one out of it's home when I finished shooting... Trying to get close enough without losing the DoF before it moved was the trick ~~GRIN~~ but, the good spider obliged...

I thank you for the compliment dear friend, this camera has been a wonderful companion... :)))
