Annemette - There are a couple of places, cafes, that I know of with second floor decks which overlook some street or other. We'll see. "The other part Denmark"? Hehe.

Dear James
Of course this kind of photowork is better done with a SRL and you donīt make people feel uncomfortable in the same way as with a compact where you have to go rather close to them.
You told me that you climb a lot - what about making a new kind of portraits photographing people from above?!:-) Always the top of their head - that could make a funny and unusual series.
Take care
Annemette(Iīm in the other part of Denmark right now which is why Iīm not very fast at responding)

Annemette - Enjoy your fun ride and thanks. I don't know if I'll indulge in this anti-portrait work with my little camera. I'd have to get too close. Maybe I'll try that after I get a dSLR and can maintain some respectful distance.

If I was a tiny ant this would be my choise for a funride:-) Nice 3-D effect and good colours.
I saw that you plan on taking photos of people in the streets as well as Patrick- good luck on that. If itīs the back of peopleīs heads then I donīt think youīll get into so much trouble unless they have eyes on the back of their heads*LOL* Good luck with the project!
Take care
Annemette
