You are a master of using available light dear Venessa. And in all of your portraits, I think that is the single most important thing that makes the difference and make your compositions stand out. Truly an inspiration for me, as I love to shoot portraits. After seeing your example, I know I have miles to go, but I have a target now. I would rate anything better than 7/7.

Excellent portrait Nessa. Beautiful light with a lovely soft red tone from the shawl. Great lines in the shawl contribute to the strong composition. I like the colour and tones, the sharp focus and dof, Natural light give the image a very special soft intimate feel. I like to use natural light whenever I can. Just a fantastic shot.
