Thank you so very much, Sue! I did a lot to this photo. The original was in color, and I had to layer to even out the exposures. Then I applied a tan lens effect before converting to B&W because direct conversion from the color did not work well, and also applied a 'pencil strokes' effect for sharpness.:)

Excellent effect here.. those petals look so sharp & gorgeously glimmer in the B&W tone used... is this an effect of the flower petals themselves or have you tweaked them via camera/PS?
How ever you came about this it is fantastic... top marks from me.. love this one :)
