I have been to Hocking Hills 3 or 4 times; it is a wonderful place to photograph. I am familiar with Cedar Falls and have shot it many times. It never occurred to me though to try it in black and white.
This is a lovely photo. The silky smoothness of the falling water and its splash into the pond......
I can't think of anything which could be done to improve it.

Nicely composed. Great B&W conversion, very crisp and not muddy at all -- good tonality, too. A great portfolio piece.
Great Shot! -Mike.

Hey Carmen:
You have a high quality B+W portfolio, so the fact that you really like this photograph is a real honor. I enjoyed looking through your macro shots as well as your wide views of clouds and ground. It's somewhat close to what I try to achieve but often fall short of.

Welcome to usefilm as well, I see two new UFers have commented, and that is great. Always people joining, learning, and sometimes leaving, which is sad. That is why I am so glad you liked this photograph and I hope it inspires you or gives you an idea of something you can try.
