~~GRIN~~ Doyle... Might just save this lot for a night on the tiles... LOL... when the house is finished...:)))

We weighed up whether to get colourbond or these tiles... I love the sound of rain on the roof, but went with these... May have to create a garden sculpture using sheet iron just to hear that beautiful sound...:)))

~~GRIN~~ Thanks kindly Sir...

I like the concept but something seems to be missing but I can't put my finger as to what...maybe there is too many tiles? not sure... anyway, I like the abstract just struggling on how to improve it.

Nice work Onie . . . the texture really comes through in this shot. It looks like thin slices of cement!

I would recommend putting them on top the house though . . . maybe even spread them around a bit!! LoL!

Regards,
Doyle I

~~GRIN~~ You mean *acorns and dog turds* Jan... )))

Have always loved *stuff* Jan... My Dad never let we girls (four of us out of six) rest on our laurels... ~~GRIN~~ He showed us how to jump barb wire fences, kick footballs without shoes... Intriduced us to lizards, snakes, spiders and frogs... Encouraged us to sit quietly and listen to the world around us... Somewhere in these ramblings, I'm getting to the point of why I like *stuff* LOL... He just made the world interesting, look beneath your feet, get up close to a tree and look at the bark... etc... Look at the tiles ~~GRIN~~...

Pleased you enjoyed this Jan, and love your analogy, fits perfectly Sir...:)))

Thanks heaps as always Jan... I love your alternative views...:)))

Onie -- As you know, I am very partial to alternative views of the world, either in the abstract or via macro view. I love the color and texture here and your composition/crop are perfect. It looks like a stairway; a stairway eventually leading to and becoming the roof. Well done!
--Best to you, Jan

That's how *it* also feels for me Ani... It's not something I consciously do, *it* is just *something* that has always been there as a part of who I am, for as long as I can remember... :)))

It makes perfect sense to me Dear Onie.

Ooooh... and I am not sure if I am "all seeing"... lol.. but I look-see as best I can, and it is more like that it "feels" so natural to me! :)

Hugs~
Ani :)

Hey Ani...:)))

We all *see* differently... For me, think when I look, it's feeling for and seeking the information needed if I were to capture with a pencil/charcoal... The little things are the soul and depth of a visual, the hidden *life*... or, ~~GRIN~~ unseen faces that are there beyond the *mask* ... Then again, sometimes it is *nothing* or *void*, but, the visual needs that space to exist...

Ani, not sure if that makes sense LOL :))) so please forgive an addled, tired brain... :)))

Thank you always, for being our artistic and all seeing Ani...:)))
