Thank You Harry.... when you are learning sometimes you don't know what is considered difficult - The brick building with 12 windows-- after I saw that one on the monitor I knew I had pushed my luck so to speak ..ha!!

Bravo Michele, you done very good work, usually this type of perspectives are little difficult because always they look different on screen,
I like those square patterns; especially the yellow’s adding good character in to the final!

I love this one, Michele! All the lines made me think of a window when seing it as a thumbnail:-)
Great composition and funny how the eyes are fooled to believe there are gret spots in the white areas. Definately a BIP.

WoW !! I really like what YOU have done. It is a much more stronger /dynamic image with the contrast/-brightness changes . Thank YOU very much ....
As far as my camera settings on that shot --- well lets just say I am lucky I got a shot at all , lol !! I am not so fast with choosing my settings and I was walking along with a friend and a dog, and as I looked down here was the interesting cross-walk--and I had a short time frame to take the shot as cars were lined up to run over me !!!
We don't have those kinds of cross-walks in LC soooooo next time I am in Salem I would definitely like to maybe go back and forth a few times--- and try 1/125@f/32.

Wonderful cropping with the lens, lines, composition and framing my friend… ; )
I hope you don’t mind, but I increased the contrast + 42 and dropped the brightness -30 to bring out the highlights of the lines to create a stronger image…
Not sure why you wanted a shallow DOF by shooting 1/1000 @ f/5.6, but perhaps you may wish to gain a much more detailed capture by using a shutter speed of 1/125 @ f/32 with a very deep DOF? Just a thought?

Good "lines" photo, Michele. I like the effect it has on the eye when viewing. The optical illusion of creating dark grey spots at the intersection of the lines is a classic illusion.
